Obverse: eagle in crown, drilling devices and oil refinery, hand with torch and inscription: "150th anniversary of the birth of the oil and gas industry". Reverse: Ignacy Lukasiewicz's portrait, kerosene lamp of the Lukasiewicz's construction, laboratory glass, the date of the first use of the kerosene lamp in the hospital in Lvov: 31.VII.1853 and inscription: "Ignacy Lukasiewicz 1822-1882".
