The 50,000 lei banknote of Romania issued in 1996 with the drawing of the weathered rock (monadnock) in the Bucegi Mountains in the Dacian Carpathians at the height of 2,216 m a.s.l.; the rock is 8 m high and 12 m long; it consists of limestone and gritstone.
